Hotelomat - 24-hour check-in:
We can easily accommodate late (out-of-hours) arrivals. We can deposit room keys in our ‘Hotelomat’ following prior agreement with our guests. The Hotelomat is located in our driveway where you can easily access it.
Our guests can either pay upon arrival or at departure. We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card, American Express, bank transfer in cases of direct billing, direct debit and debit card/cash card.
It is well-known that finding a parking space in Hamburg is very difficult and this also the case in our beautiful, quiet residential area of Eppendorf. Especially since 21. November 2022 when the new parking zones were set up. However, we are able to offer 5 parking spaces in our courtyard. Because of the new situation with the parking zones, we had to adjust the price for our parking spaces starting from 01. December 2022. We ask our guests to make an advance reservation should they require a parking space for their passenger car. We are also available to assist with further queries at reception where we might be able find a solution for you.
The price for parking in the courtyard is €15,00 per day.
Connecting to the internet/Wi-Fi
To connect to our Wi-Fi, guests can request a passcode at reception. This is included in the price of the room and can be used for five different devices (e.g. laptop).
We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00. On enquiry we will gladly try to arrange individual check-out times. Should your departure time be out of hours (when reception is not staffed), you can leave the keys in the post-box but please ensure that you have made all due payments by the previous day.
We are happy to assist you with any other wishes: our guests are always welcome to approach reception or leave a message in the post box in the lobby.
