Check-in

We wish all our guests a warm welcome to our Apppartementhaus am UKE. To ensure you feel comfortable right away, please find below some helpful information about your arrival at our house. Generally, you can check into your room from 3 pm onwards.

Monday, wednesday, thursday, friday 03:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Tuesday, saturday, sunday and public holidays closed (check-in and check-out possible)

Information on contactless arrival and departure

Please note how our contactless check-in and check-out works:

  1. We will send you instructions for using the Hotelomat before your arrival.
  2. We will send you the check-in code via email on the day of your arrival.
  3. You can collect your room key from the Hotelomat in the driveway using your check-in code (see below for instructions).
  4. The Wi-Fi code and registration form will be waiting for you in your apartment, or you can request them by telephone.
  5. On departure, please drop the key in the letterbox in the lobby. For the sake of the environment, please remember to turn off the water, lights and heating, and don't forget to lock the room door.

Hotelomat - 24-hour check-in:

We can easily accommodate late (out-of-hours) arrivals. We can deposit room keys in our ‘Hotelomat’ following prior agreement with our guests. The Hotelomat is located in our driveway where you can easily access it.

How it works:

  1. Please call us during office hours to request your check-in code.
  2. Before your arrival, please send us your credit card details, billing address or proof of payment.
  3. If you arrive outside reception hours, you will find the Hotelomat directly in the driveway.
  4. Operate the machine using the numeric keypad and enter the code provided to you in advance.
  5. The key will then be dispensed. You will receive instructions via email.
  6. Please note that payment is not possible via the machine.

Payment options

Our guests can pay directly upon arrival or departure. We accept cash payments, debit cards, bank transfers with a declaration of cost coverage, and credit cards for foreign guests only.

Parking

It is well-known that finding a parking space in Hamburg is very difficult and this also the case in our beautiful, quiet residential area of Eppendorf. Especially since 21. November 2022 when the new parking zones were set up. However, we are able to offer 5 parking spaces in our courtyard. If guests require a parking space for their car, we kindly ask them to make a reservation in advance. Please note that the entrance height is 2.40 metres. Otherwise, we are also available at reception to answer any questions. We can help in most cases. Further information on the new parking zone regulations can also be found here.

The price for parking in the courtyard is €15,00 per day.

Connecting to the internet / Wi-Fi

To connect to our Wi-Fi, guests can request a passcode at the office. This is included in the price of the room and can be used for five different devices.

Check-out

We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00. Upon request and for an additional charge, we are happy to arrange individual departure times. Should your departure time be out of hours (when office is not staffed), you can leave the keys in the post-box but please ensure that you have made all due payments by the previous day.

We are happy to assist you with any other wishes: our guests are always welcome to approach reception or leave a message in the post box in the lobby.
