Please be aware that our house does not have a lift.
We would also like to advise you that the Appartementhaus is a smoke free building.
Unfortunately, we can no longer afford to return furniture to its original place or dispose of deposit bottles for you. We therefore charge a fee of 25,00 € per working hour for this service.
We keep lost property for 14 days. We charge a fee of 25,00 € for forwarding items left behind, as this involves additional work for us. This requires you to contact us and request that the items be returned. We do not do this unsolicited.
