Our house rules

In order for all guests to have a pleasant stay,  we would like you to keep the following in mind:

  1. Please observe the official quiet times.
  2. Smoking in the rooms is forbidden, even at the window. If you do smoke, you will be given a fine equal to the cost of cleaning the curtains or carpet, or the repairs of any damage. This includes any complaints by other guests.  
    2.1. Smoking Cannabis inside of the house or anywhere else on the premises of „Appartementhaus am UKE“ is forbidden! You will be sued.
  3. The front door and room keys are property of the hotel and must be left in the hotel before you leave. Should the keys be lost or left in the room, you will have to cover the cost of opening the room or making a new key.
    3.1. Having more people stay without clearing this up with the reception first is NOT allowed. We will charge you accordingly. The price is 25,00 € per day.
  4. Observe all relevant laws when using our Wi-Fi.
    4.1. Car batteries are NOT to be kept or charged in the hotel.
    4.2. Foreign devices (excluding mobile phones, tablets or laptops and the like) and their use are/is NOT allowed.
    CAR BATTERIES and FOREIGN DEVICES WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE APPARTEMENTS BY US.
  5. Please do not do the laundry or dry your clothes in the appartements. For this, we offer our laundry service.
  6. Please leave the bathroom door open to air out the room when leaving the appartement.
  7. The thermostat is to be set back to zero and the windows to be closed when leaving the appartement.
  8. Do not change any of the settings on any of the devices in the room, except the thermostat.
  9. Please take all of your used bottles with your or throw them away before you leave .
  10. The kitchen,  including stove and cutlery, must be taken care of and cleaned by you during your stay.
    10.1. Air out the room while cooking. Please avoid preparing foods with a strong smell, such as fish or garlic. Think of the guests staying in that room after you.
    10.2. The apartments must be aired out regularly during your stay.
  11. The courtyard, or rather the parking lot must only be entered in order to get something from or put something in the car.
    It is PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  12. Please dispose of your deposit bottles. Otherwise, we will charge you for the additional work.
